Craig did a wonderful job reupholstering my grandmother’s Queen Anne channel-back wing chair. This piece holds deep sentimental value, and he made it look new again. We had a chair and a half that was “loved” by our dogs that needed a redo after 20 years and now life with no pets. It was a quality built chair and nothing on the market today came close to the standard versus getting it reupholstered. The small shop has more fabric choices than anyone can imagine! We waited almost 10 months from deposit to get our chair in for a redo BUT the wait was totally worth it ! A new ottoman was also built for us since we tossed our ottomans years prior . Everything exceeded my expectations. The workmanship is impeccable. Everyday furniture at everyday prices is not built like it used to be . If you have a favorite piece you can absolutely bring it up to date with a redo and personalize it with your own fabric choices. Highly recommend

During the last few years, Kauffman's has reupholstered 8 pieces of furniture for me. The work is in a class by itself. The attention to detail is absolutely amazing. Any rebuilding that is needed is done with the utmost care and quality. Each piece has been returned to me as if it were brand new. I have very high expectations and I could not be happier with all of the work Kauffman's has done.

I've had Craig and his team reupholster two large sectional couches for me--one was an outdoor sectional (which he processed very quickly and it looks fabulous!) and the other was a designer couch (half of it seen in red in the photo I've uploaded) that is almost 20 years old. I love the shape and color of the designer sectional so much that I chose to have it reupholstered and mended instead of buying a new piece, and Craig did a fantastic job at preserving the characteristics of it while giving it a makeover. He pays so much attention to each project and is excellent at his craft, so not surprisingly, there was about a 10 month wait before my couch could be be picked up and brought to his shop. Once he had it, he was done in a couple weeks. Everyone LOVES my new and improved old couch. Thank you Craig!
